About Us

Our Vision

Our vision is a Fairfax with a tree canopy that is free from the threat of invasive vines, parks whose natural beauty is preserved for all to enjoy, and natural areas that thrive as functioning ecosystems.

This is an all-volunteer organization plus one paid intern.

Partnering organizations contribute to the overall effort in ways that are appropriate to their work. Those include: raising awareness about our community’s campaign to save the trees and get invasives under control in Fairfax, providing site access for volunteers, sharing counsel and expertise, engaging their volunteers in the work, and forming collaborative relationships with other groups.
